Blurry text in hidpi mode

Bug description:
On every possible zoom level the text appears blurry. Everything else
is sharp as you can see on the attached screenshot. I have set the
scale to 2x in displaysettings because i am using a 4k hidpi display.
It has 140dpi.
I have marked the text so you can see its not just a scaled image. It
is text. I am able to copy text and paste it in a textfield.
