Public bug reported:
After install of network-manager-openvpn and creation of VPN configuration via
GUI everyhing works as expected.
Upon reboot of system NM VPN submenu not showing new VPN config via drop down.
VPN config is still there.
Restarting of Network manager via terminal solves the problem until
shutdown.
