Public bug reported:

The directory include/cdio++ seems to be missing from the -dev
package(s). There are hints of the existence of a libcdio++-dev package,
but I can't find it anywhere. If possible, please also switch to a newer
version.

** Affects: libcdio (Ubuntu)
     Importance: Undecided
         Status: New
