precise: as usual, the autopkgtest there never succeeded fully, but it
gets far enough, so no regression: http://people.canonical.com/~ubuntu-
archive/proposed-migration/precise//update_excuses.html#postgresql-9.1

trusty: http://people.canonical.com/~ubuntu-archive/proposed-
migration/trusty/update_excuses.html#postgresql-9.1 and
http://people.canonical.com/~ubuntu-archive/proposed-
migration/trusty/update_excuses.html#postgresql-9.3 are all green.

wily:
http://people.canonical.com/~ubuntu-archive/proposed-migration/wily/update_excuses.html#postgresql-9.4
→ some regressions in universe extensions, their test needs to be adjusted a
bit. But postgresql-9.4's own tests succeed.

So this is about what we expected.

Bug description:
PostgreSQL announced new microreleases, which also fix a few CVEs:
  http://www.postgresql.org/about/news/1656/

However, the security issues only affect 9.5 (xenial), thus for
stables we only need normal SRUs.
