That is the official GNOME Logo, not our old logo. Likewise the GNOME docs come from upstream, and are not Ubuntu GNOME specific. While we could patch it to use the Ubuntu GNOME logo, I am not sure that is really necessary. Any decision to do so would have to come from the artwork team.

I have noticed a small problem with this though, the old foot logo is still being used there instead of the new one. I have tested this in both Ubuntu GNOME 15.10 with GNOME 3.18 and Ubuntu GNOME 16.04 Beta 2 with GNOME 3.20 and found this to be present. Here is an example (I have added a red rectangle around the logo I mean): Old_GNOME_Logo_Yelp.png To manage notifications about this bug go to: https://bugs.launchpad.net/ubuntu-gnome/+bug/1565560/+subscriptions -- Mailing list: https://launchpad.net/~desktop-packages Post to : desktop-packages@lists.launchpad.net Unsubscribe : https://launchpad.net/~desktop-packages More help : https://help.launchpad.net/ListHelp
