Title:
E-MU 0204 not supported by default
Status in alsa-driver package in Ubuntu:
Invalid
Bug description:
The newest device from E-MU (0204) is not supported by default. I can confirm
that it works just patching alsa with the trivial patch found here:
http://www.mentby.com/Group/alsa-list/patch-enable-e-mu-0204.html
This patch is already applied to alsa's git repository but did not make it
into alsa 1.0.24. I wonder if it's possible to backport it to Ubuntu 11.04 to
free users from having to compile the alsa stack to apply such a small patch.
Thank you.
