In Ubuntu 15.10, using Nautilus 3.14.2, following the above steps the
invisible folder is created, however, it also creates an Untitled folder
as well.

To prove that the invisible folder is being created:
- make a new folder that starts with a period (.testfolder)
- go into terminal, and do ls -la | grep testfolder

.testfolder will exist alongside Untitled Folder.

Title:
wrong folder name when creating new folder with ( . ) dot prefix

Status in nautilus package in Ubuntu:
  Confirmed

Bug description:
Hi. The problem is that when i create a folder with dot ( . ) prefix
in nautilus , and after pressing Enter button it shows (Untitled
Folder) instead of the folder name.

I mean for example i create a folder with name ( .mymovies ) and after i
press Enter button , the folder name is ( Untitled Folder )
Until I refresh the nautilus page and folder gets hidden as expected.

you can see that in pictures that i upload with this bug report.
