Bug description:
I'm traveling with limited bandwidth and electricity so I lack the
resources to investigate this much further today.

  Steps to reproduce:
  1. Put phone in silent mode
  2. Start playing "machines vs machines"
  3. Sound plays at full volume (don't know if this is, itself, a bug)
  4. Turn down volume and continue playing.

  Expected behavior: Volume stays silent
Actual behavior: Every 20 seconds or so, the volume will increase itself
several levels

  Running rc-proposed on arale
