Following the instructions on
<https://wiki.ubuntu.com/DebuggingPrintingProblems>, I'd like to report
that my Canon MF4330d (USB) needs usb-no-reattach-default=true to print
the 2nd job; otherwise it only prints the first one after each power
cycle.
