Public bug reported: When install the system, on the step which system asks me to select a region (default is Los Angeles for me). And I tried to change to San Francisco, but when I type "San", the installer freezes and cannot click anywhere. I waited for a long time but doesn't work either so has to re- install.
I can change region with no problem after installation is completed. But I guess many users are trying to change region while install but most of them don't know how to file a bug (which takes me 30 minutes to find the correct way!!! Got to be easier if Ubuntu wants to replace Windows) Please make the fix. Thanks. ** Affects: gnome-terminal (Ubuntu) Importance: Undecided Status: New -- You received this bug notification because you are a member of Desktop Packages, which is subscribed to gnome-terminal in Ubuntu. https://bugs.launchpad.net/bugs/1573699 Title: Select region during install process cause crash Status in gnome-terminal package in Ubuntu: New Bug description: When install the system, on the step which system asks me to select a region (default is Los Angeles for me).
