This is undoubtedly still broken, but I don't use this anymore. But this
is probably not worth keeping open, because PPTP is not secure by modern
standards.

Title:
Network Manager does not support IPv6 PPTP VPN
Status in network-manager-pptp package in Ubuntu:
Invalid
Bug description:
NetworkManager does not support IPv6 over a PPTP VPN. Windows (at
least Windows 7) does automatically, so I know my VPN router is setup
correctly. I haven't test it, but this page lists someone who seems to
have gotten it working by hand: http://tomatousb.org/forum/t-363188
