Public bug reported:
This is a feature request and not bug, as far as I know.
I'm an SWT developer working on Eclipse. Eclipse has a dark theme for
GTK3 which basically uses the system dark theme/variant to style itself.
We have lots of Ubuntu users who report bugs with the Eclipse dark theme
because Ubuntu does not ship a dark variant of Ambiance. In contrast,
upstream GTK ships their default Adwaita theme with both dark and light
variants.
As the title suggests, would it be possible for Ubuntu to have an
Ambiance-dark variant?
** Affects: gtk+3.0 (Ubuntu)
Importance: Undecided
Status: New
** Package changed: unity (Ubuntu) => gtk+3.0 (Ubuntu)
