Hello Sebastien, or anyone else affected, Accepted gnome-software into xenial-proposed. The package will build now and be available at https://launchpad.net/ubuntu/+source/gnome- software/3.20.1+git20160426.1.a976144-ubuntu-xenial-0ubuntu1 in a few hours, and then in the -proposed repository.
