Title: PKCS#12 certificates not selectable in file browser Status in network-manager-applet package in Ubuntu: Confirmed Bug description: Nm-applet does not list *.p12 certificates as available options for private keys when setting up EAP-TLS networks, even though NetworkManager can in fact use them. Only PEM certificate files are listed as selectable in the file browser when choosing a private key. Nm-applet must be forced to accept PKCS#12 by manually typing the *.p12 file into the browser's Location bar. Version of Ubuntu: 9.10 Version of nm-applet: 0.8~a~git.20091014t134532.4033e62-0ubuntu1 Steps to recreate: 1. Select an EAP-TLS network in nm-applet. 2. Select TLS as the authentication method. 3. Open the file browser for the Private Key field. What should happen: *.p12 files should be listed as available options. What happens instead: *.p12 files are hidden from view without any option to show them.
