Dear Mattias, Thanks for following up on this. I checked in the crash folder and there are no files related to this crash. If I open a password protected document in Writer, the computer crashes after I enter the password of the document. It goes back to the logon screen within a few seconds. This only occurs on my Dell E7440 laptop and not on my Dell PC. Thanks for your support.
