That package acutally ships two indistinguishable .desktop files, so
there's nothing gnome-software can do about that. ImageMagick needs to
be changed in some way.

Bug description:
  Using current Xenial, "Backups" is listed twice in "Installed", the
  entries are showed are non-free so it seems it's having an issue
  matching to the correct archive record
