See http://appstream.ubuntu.com/xenial/universe/issues/pcsx2.html on why
it doesn't show up.
AppStream on Debian/Ubuntu unfortunately isn't multiarch-aware yet, I am
working on that upstream. Won't make it for Xenial though, I think, since it
will require several invasive changes.
In any case, even with that support PCSX2 wouldn't show up because of the
issues linked above.
