Cannot watch streaming wmv on Ubuntu 16.04 64bit for example this link:

Neither Totem nor VLC will do the job. There are still many sites using
streaming mms wmv ！ If we cannot watch on-line wmv video, what a pitty!
I have already restricted-extras , I also confirmed totem's request to
install needed plug-ins. Besides, I couldn't find totem-mozilla for
Firefox any-more.
I cannot watch the video on Firefox, there are no plugins for FF on
16.04 eg totem-mozilla . If you visit the same site with Ubuntu 14.04.4,
you can watch the video embeded on web-browser. The only way to watch
the mms wmv video on 16.04 is to copy the link and open it in smplayer,
it can play, but the video can't be scaled up or maximized which means
there are bugs .
