Bug description:
The texlive-bibtex-extra package in Ubuntu 16.04 LTS is not compatible
with biber << 2.4 and in Ubuntu 16.04 biber 2.3-1 is provided. Thus,
it is not possible to use biblatex with biber backend in the current
Ubuntu 16.04 LTS.
This version compatibility problem should be solved between the
texlive-bibtex-extra and biber packages.
