Just my 2 cents for a workaround, I am just a user of Ubuntu (14.04 LTS and 15.10), and thanks for your explanations Jonathan, I managed to make it work by changing a line in the file /usr/share/dbus-1/services/org.bluez.obex.service , adding the "-r" setting :
