Hello Martin, or anyone else affected, Accepted postgresql-9.4 into wily-proposed. The package will build now and be available at https://launchpad.net/ubuntu/+source/postgresql-9.4/9.4.8-0ubuntu0.15.10 in a few hours, and then in the -proposed repository.
