Title:
  Monitor resolution not detected properly

Status in xserver-xorg-video-ati package in Ubuntu:
  Incomplete

Bug description:
  Monitor's max resolution is 1280x1024 @ 60hz. On 15.10, this was
working properly at 1280x1024 without any proprietary driver in use.
After an upgrade to 16.04 (with absolutely no hardware changes at
all), the system booted at 1024x768 and everything is blurry. I am
unable to select a higher resolution than 1024x768.
