Fullscreen Crash Intel GPU since Ubuntu 15.10

Bug description:
Ever since I upgraded to Ubuntu 15.10, I haven't been able to exit
fullscreen without video crashing. There are rare cases when I've been
able to safely exit, but more times than not, it doesn't. This is
typically when I'm using Chrome to watch YouTube or Twitch video
streams. The only way out is switch over and do a "killall -u myname".
