Decorations broken after fast startup from lightdm

Bug description:
I've got an SDD which makes my system (laptop) very fast to start. The
problem happens when I got into lightdm and I don't wait a couple of seconds
for the battery icon to show up and I log in my user.
I don't know how but this broke completely my desktop and icon themes.
I don't know why but this does not seems to happen on my desktop which
has the same version of ubuntu but it's not a laptop so the battery
icon does not show.
