Title:
Misleading explanatory text for how to add a custom shortcut key

Status in unity-control-center package in Ubuntu:
  New

Bug description:
In Keyboard -> Shortcuts -> Custom Shortcuts, the text in the status
  bar reads,

"To edit a shortcut, click the row and hold down the new keys or press
  Backspace to clear"

That's not entirely accurate. If you click near the shortcut name in
the row, a popup appears to edit the shortcut. You must click
SPECIFICALLY on the shortcut key column to change it.
