Public bug reported: System settings > Appearance > Background
With a lower resolution display (Asus/ACI VC279 1920x1080, vertical/portrait orientation) as "left" screen and a 2560x1440 (Asus/ACI PA279, horizontal/landscape) on the right I get a crop of the cropped left screen image as background on the right screen. The right side display gets a background based on the crop for the left side display - not OK. This background should be based on the *original* image. "Fix": Note that RE-SETTING the display background from "System Settings > Appearance" will display the backgrounds correctly for the remainder of the login. It will be wrong again after logout and re-login.
