Thank you for your bug report, unsure why it's doing that for you but it doesn't seem to be something other users hits or it would have been reported ... is there anything useful in the unity log?
** Changed in: gnome-keyring (Ubuntu) Importance: Undecided => Low -- You received this bug notification because you are a member of Desktop Packages, which is subscribed to gnome-keyring in Ubuntu. https://bugs.launchpad.net/bugs/1590157 Title: After prompting for password, all windows cannot be resized until reboot Status in gnome-keyring package in Ubuntu: New Bug description: If gnome-keyring prompts for a password (for example while running ssh) using the GUI prompt, and I try to focus on another window while the prompt is open, then it will permanently mess up the windows for all applications. I will not be able to resize any window except by maximizing and unmaximizing it. This will stay the case until I reboot. It is easily reproducible for me.
