Title:
  Graphics Weirdness

Status in xorg package in Ubuntu:
  Incomplete

Bug description:
Sometimes, after resuming from suspend my screen looks weird (see
attachment). Also, TTYs do not show anything, though I can blindly
log in and restart X by running "sudo service lightdm restart". Also,
may not be related, but after restarting X and running ubuntu-bug, the
browser window that appeared to report the bug disappeared and "Vector
smash protection is enabled." appeared in the terminal. (I had not
  yet rebooted at that point.)
