@arkann1985, That's another issue, but true they looks very similar. Without the current update, if you are connecting to a discovered SSID then the properties can show-up but you aren't able to select any certificate/key file, if it's not discovered by manually added then the encryption type is not able to be selected.
The problem you can reproduce is which extension is shown in the list...
