Public bug reported:
I suspended (note: suspended, not hibernated) and resumed. I do this all
the time and usually the computer immediately reconnects to my wifi
router.
This time it didn't. So I clicked on the network icon and there were no
wifi networks in the list.
I turned wifi off and on via Fn+F3, which usually forces a re-scan of
available wifi networks. However, it would still list no network. I
repeated several times with no luck.
I checked my phone which was connected to the same wifi network and
working.
So I restarted the computer and this time it immediately connected, and
also now the other available networks are listed.
