Why no VAProfileVP9Profile* in libva
Status in intel-vaapi-driver package in Ubuntu:

Bug description:
I'm 99.99% sure the gpu here (skylake, HD 920) supports at least
VAProfileVP9Profile0 but it's not shown in vainfo (is shown in dxvachecker in
win 10 same machine
vainfo only reports -
