Public bug reported:
When attaching a screen on a DisplayLink device, the cursor will flicker
on all non-DisplayLink screens. Additionally, the cursor will leave
trails over various UI elements that update as the cursor passes (such
as buttons, menus, progress bars, etc.)
The issue occurs only when a DisplayLink device is attached and driving
a display. However, DisplayLink told me the issue is not specific to
their hardware, and to make a bug report here.
