When the headphone is connected, the System Settings->Sound shows two
outputs "Headphones" and "Speakers. Built-in Audio". Selecting
"Speakers. Built-in Audio" just mutes all sound. When disconnecting the
headphones, everything works fine though.
A possible solution could be to disallow that option when headphones are
connected.
I've tried to install "oem-audio-hda-daily-
dkms_0.201607020504-ubuntu16.04.1_all.deb" with same results.
