  Wifi Driver attempts to connect to "no network"

Bug description:
  If a user selects "connect to hidden network" and then attempts to
  connect to a unavailable network the wifi driver attempts to connect
  to a network "no network" as if it is an avaliable network and will
  wait 5 minutes before stopping.
