* No stereo sound over HDMI.
* Laptop sound (speakers, internal mic, headsets) work.
* If I select "Digital Surround 5.1 (HDMI) output" or 7.1 in the sound
settings I get crackling audio on the left and the right channels, but
no sound on other channels.
