Well, that was mere suggestion :) I'm not entirely sure if this happens everytime, mainly because sometime i use suspend over night and sometimes just turning off. Let me observe few more days.

When I resume my computer from suspend mode on the next day it usualy fails with message "Network connection has been reseted" (in loose translation), then when I manualy go into System Settings -> Backup and click Start Backup - everything gose fine. Maybe network-manager dont have enought time to reconnect before deja- dup trying to remount target samba share, just a suggestion.
