Hi, I had not used my laptop in a while and your message prompted me to upgrade my packages and try again with a newer version before adding more information.
The problem I described does not occur anymore now -- I tried with the latest kernel 4.4.0-30-generic and with the latest tuxonice version 4.4.0-28-generic-tuxonice. Thank you all !
