Public bug reported:
System Settings -> Backups -> Folders to ignore, includes ~/.cache in
the list. However, after logging into a new Unity session, the backup
runs automatically and reports that the backup failed because it could
not read ~/.cache/dconf. The directory is owned by root and not readable
by the user account. Therefore, it is expected that the backup process
would not be able to read it.
ls -al ~/.cache
drwx------ 2 root root 4096 Jul 1 16:25 dconf
It is also expected that the backup process should not attempt to read
~/.cache/dconf since the parent ~/.cache is in the Folder to ignore
list.
