The“Edit Image”option in image viewer toolbar editor will disappear

OS: 14.04 trusty
Steps:
1. Launching image viewer->edit->toolbar,check”Edit image” exist in toolbar
editor.
2. Press “Reset to Default” button,find “Edit Image” item will disappear.
