Title:
~/.cache is listed in "folders to ignore", yet Backup still reports
  failure to back up ~/.cache/dconf

Status in deja-dup package in Ubuntu:
  New

Bug description:
  Title says it all.
To get rid of annoying "Could not back up the following files. Please make
sure you are able to open them: /home/meuser/.cache/dconf"
messages every time I back up, I listed ~/.cache in the "Folders to ignore"
list in the GUI.

Yet I still get that error!
