Status in xserver-xorg-input-synaptics package in Ubuntu: Incomplete Bug description: To reproduce boot the version considered for alpha 2 of amd64 of lubuntu on my paritcular hp pavilion dv6 1230us laptop. then try to move the mouse cursor or click with the mouse with the touchpad to isntall on this laptop. I have installed xenial before on this laptop and it was working in the full install. Description: Ubuntu Xenial Xerus (development branch) Release: 16.04 I expected the touchpad to work and proived two buttons and a scrollwheel on the side. Instead I try to ues the touchpad and get no apparent result. right clicking does not bring up a context menu and does not bring up a cursor. the keyboard does work. I have a usb wifi that works out of the box with lubuntu but this gets hard to use on the installer and selecting partion type with keyboard only.
