Title:
Synaptic Touchpad does not work on a Gigabyte P25W

Status in xserver-xorg-input-synaptics package in Ubuntu:
  Incomplete

Bug description:
  Followed directions from
  https://wiki.ubuntu.com/DebuggingTouchpadDetection

Touchpad does not show up at all in Ubuntu.

cat /proc/bus/input/devices does not show the trackpad but an external
  mouse works fine.

I've attached the dmesg here. I'll add xorg logs in a bit. Lauchpad
won't let me add multiple attachments for some reason.
