Bug description:
The new version of evince does not add new features. The release cycle
is quiet with a few bug fixes and translation updates.
Annotations have received a few minor improvements. There is a minor
UI tweak to the sidebar.
GNOME is currently in UI freeze with 3.22 expected to be released
around September 20.
