Bug description:
Connecting to OpenConnect VPN through the Gnome GUI fails because
NetworkManager times out while requesting credentials through the GUI
form in Ubuntu 16.04.
It worked (is working on other computers I'm working on) fine from
Ubuntu 12.04-15.10.
