Regression - moving file/folder icon over another folder icon no
  longer opens folder

Status in nautilus package in Ubuntu:

Bug description:
In Ubuntu 16.04< I was able to grab any file or folder icon, and then
drag it onto another folder icon (without letting go the mouse
button), and that folder would open up. I could repeat this until the
desired location has opened, and then let go of the mouse button and
  drop the file there.

Now, with 16.10 (beta), this behavior is currently not available,
which is a huge inconvenience considering how awesome the default
  behavior in 16.04 was.

Hope this will get fixed asap. :)
