A touch event shouldn't be given to an Xapp like a mouse event

Bug description:
Libertine translate touchscreen's inputs in mouse inputs before give
them to an Xapp. This isn't good. Some X apps have already touch
integration, but this make harder to use X apps whit a touchscreen. I
appreciate your work, and I know that if you have programmed libertine
in that way there is a why, this is only a suggestion/feedback.
