popups hamper workflow

Bug description:
while i love the new circular icon for copying, moving extracting etc.
when the actions finish they all have their own popup! We need a way
to disable the popups. And the copy bar on the application icon dont
go away till you've clicked through every popup. I now find I spend
more time closing popups than doing work....
