changes in Ubuntu since that time you reported the bug and your problem
may have been fixed with some of the updates. It would help us a lot if

supported Ubuntu version.

I upgrade Xubuntu to 13.10 and icon look like standard application
(white with blue title bar) I include the icon in attachement.
