When I start my system I get this error message. I am not personally
trying to install or upgrade tex-common, so I'm not sure why this is
happening.
I recently upgraded to Ubuntu 16.04.1 LTS, which is when I noticed this
(though I am not 100% confident that it had never occurred before).
