Title:
gedit not closing, exiting or minimizing.

Bug description:
(Gnome Fallback) Since upgrade to 13.04- Gedit not exiting from the
"x" decoration or minimizing from the "_" decoration. Selecting "X"
will minimze the app.
Fill menu will close doc's and exit. Right click on lower taskbar>
close will quit app... But GTK window taskbar "X" will not quit.
Selecting the lower taskbar, will minimize app.
All other desktop app's seem to work normally.
